Mansion 9 KTV (9号公馆) sits on the golf club stretch of Jalan Kampung Pandan. Its rooms have round banquet tables, and the largest takes 30 or more guests. You order modern Chinese or Cantonese set menus, then sing in the same room. Because of this, it suits birthdays, company dinners and client nights. Mansion 9 does not publish a room minimum spend. Instead, Google Maps users report RM200 or more per person. Its Instagram shows some past packages. Pros and cons

On the plus side, you get a proper sit-down Chinese meal plus karaoke in one booking. The long daily hours also help, and owner photos were still being added in October 2026. On the downside, several reviews complain of slow or inconsistent service. A 2026 review also flags traffic conflicts at the entrance. As a result, it pays to arrive a little early.
