De-Millionaire KTV (富豪城) sits on Level 1A of Sky Park at One City, Jalan USJ 25/1A. Some older listings place it in Bukit Bintang, but its own Instagram and Google Maps confirm the One City address. It is an adult lounge for guests aged 18 and over.

Hours and rooms

Google Maps lists hours from 6pm to 8am daily. However, its social channels also promote a 3pm to 7pm happy hour, so confirm the opening time. The venue has private rooms, including small rooms for small groups, and its Instagram shows numbered rooms such as V6 and V7.

Birthdays and drinks

De-Millionaire decorates rooms for birthdays and small celebrations, with balloons and lighting. In September and October 2026, it also ran a birthday lucky draw.
