Our review of Crystal KTV
Crystal KTV is a long-running lounge in the SS 20 area of Petaling Jaya. It serves adults, and a business directory pitches it at both work entertaining and social nights out. In short, it is an adult lounge and does not suit children. Our guide to what is KTV explains how a lounge night works.
We have not visited in person. This review relies on the Google Maps listing, the venue's small Facebook page, a directory entry and public reviews. That said, the online trail is thin. The newest Google review dates from about January 2026, and the Facebook page shows no recent posts.
Rooms and sound
A business directory listing describes 16 furnished private rooms. That makes Crystal a mid-sized venue rather than a huge club. However, no official room photos exist online, so we cannot describe sizes or décor. Several public reviews also say the sound system feels old. If audio quality matters to your group, ask to see a room first.
Food and drinks
Google Maps lists dine-in, and a 2025 review mentions food. Bottle service is the norm here, but the details are unconfirmed. Some reviewers also note fewer free snacks than in the past. So ask what comes with your room or bottle before you order.
Service and crowd
Expect a mix of business groups and friends, since the venue markets itself to both. Reviews are fairly sparse, so it is hard to judge service with confidence. Who it suits best
It suits PJ office teams and groups who want a mid-sized lounge near TTDI. On the other hand, it is a poor fit on Sundays, when it closes. It also does not suit anyone who wants to check menus and photos online before booking.
Crystal KTV price and minimum spend
The venue does not publish room rates or a minimum spend. Five Google Maps users report spending RM200 or more per person (checked October 2026). In addition, a third-party listing quotes undated bottle prices, for example RM445++ for a first bottle of Chivas 12 or Martell VSOP. The venue has not confirmed these figures, so verify with the venue before you go.

How to get to Crystal KTV
The address is Lot 673, Ground Floor, Block B, Damansara Intan, No. 1, Jalan SS 20/27, 47400 Petaling Jaya. Taman Tun Dr Ismail (TTDI) MRT on the Kajang Line is the nearest station. Google Maps puts the walk at about 1.2 km, or 18 minutes.
Opening hours on Google Maps run from 5pm to 2am, Monday to Saturday. Because the night ends at 2am, an e-hailing ride home is the safer choice.
